Our mission at Pain Therapy Associates is to provide suffering patients with the opportunity to be evaluated by our doctors and possibly certified to then register with the legal NY State Medical Marijuana Program.

Our NY state Registered Medical Doctors are the only physicians that can evaluate patient medical records, determine eligibility & complete the certification that will enable one to register for a NY Medical Marijuana card.

This convenient and compassionate medical service is available for all eligible NY state residents. Patient-Physician telemedicine consultations are done through an in depth phone conversation that takes place in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

The Patient-Physician relationship is very important to us. We pride ourselves on providing quick access to pain relief without compromising quality of care. Our physician thoroughly evaluates patient’s diagnosis and medical history and assess whether or not the use of medical cannabis would be beneficial and improve the patient’s overall quality of life.

Once patients are approved, the physician will issue a signed certification and assist in the process of obtaining a legal medical marijuana card from the NY State Department of Health, as well as guidance and education on the proper use of the medicine in regards to methods of consumption and dosage.

 

We do not promote the casual or recreational use of marijuana or any other prescription medication. We support the use of marijuana as a medication for recognized ailments in accordance with New York State law.  We believe medical marijuana is a proven treatment for many medical conditions.  We are not involved in any way with the sale or distribution of medical marijuana.
